Description

A charming residence and a haven of peace in the heart of a protected area, the house is situated along the historic Vésubie canal and features several bedrooms, each with a private shower and terrace, as well as communal areas including a large terrace equipped with a summer kitchen and BBQ. The property is partially fenced for the safety of children and pets. The swimming pool is heated in winter and is surrounded by a 100m² deck with salt filtration.

The
180m² house itself comprises three levels and includes four bedrooms, two with fireplaces, each with its own shower room and separate WC; a kitchen; a dining room; and a living room with a wood-burning stove. A booklet with instructions and information is provided. There are several terraces, including a large one equipped with a summer kitchen and BBQ.
A private 12 x 4 meter heated saltwater swimming pool (heat pump), with a retractable cover, and a 100m² deck.
First level:
open-plan living room with a wood-burning stove, desk, and ample storage; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining room with a large table and cupboard. The first-floor bedroom is not available.
Second level:
double bedroom with a queen-size bed, sofa, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, leading to a children's bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. A private terrace.
Third level:
two adjoining bedrooms, each with a 140cm Indonesian bed, wardrobe, en-suite shower room, and separate WC. One bedroom has a fireplace.
Each level has its own external access.

Basement: three cellars with a washing machine and dryer. The 2nd and 3rd floors are reserved for the owner.
Exterior: Part of the land surrounding the house and the pool is fenced; access road, park area, access road to the pool. Sewage treatment system using constructed wetlands, a 24 m² terrace, a walkway to the summer kitchen, and a lawn area. Numerous other secluded spots and places of privacy.

Other remarks:
Our house is located in a red zone, and all outdoor fires are prohibited. Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
There is a gas grill and we ask you to be careful when using it.
