Self-catering holiday private villa with a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The rates per night are for 4 people.
Minimum stay in July-August-September: 7 nights or 14 nights.
Minimum stay in other periods: 4 nights
Check-in starting from 5:30 pm (17:30 hours) on arrival date.
Check-out until 11:00 am (11:00 hours) on departure date.
Services included:
- Linen and towels (for bathroom and swimming pool);
- Swimming pool & gardening maintenance during the stay;
- Cleaning service (in the middle of the stay for 14 nights only);
- Air Conditioning in the rooms and kitchen.
- Welcome Pack on arrival (breakfast in self-service).
Refundable breakage deposit: €180 paid in cash on arrival.
Booking Contract: Short-term tenancy agreement.
Payment conditions: Booking deposit 50% paid by bank transfer or secure payment gateway + Balance 50% with the keys, by bank transfer or secure payment gateway.
In case of the tenant give up the contract, the confirmation booking deposit won’t be refunded.
