Our property was originally one of the oldest houses in Borgo Belvedere, owned by the Zamperoni family.

Nestled in the greenery, amidst the splendid cycling and food and wine trails of the Montello hill, it was completely renovated in 2023 with the aim of offering a green tourism solution : photovoltaic and solar panels allow the structure to be almost completely self-sufficient. We try to avoid using plastic at home and offer our guests products from the wonderful surrounding area.

You can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and green landscapes in maximum comfort, or embark on an adventure in the midst of nature, perhaps on a beautiful mountain bike.

ISIDORO APARTMENT

The Isidoro apartment welcomes you with a private entrance and features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a dishwasher; two separate bedrooms; and two private bathrooms, all equipped with sheets and towels, and a washing machine.

You will also have access to a splendid terrace from which to admire the mountain view.

The apartment features air conditioning, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Our guests also have access to a locked, video-monitored bike garage/workshop, complete with all the necessary tools. The best way to explore our region is by bike!

MARCELLA ATTIC

Located on the upper floor of the building, Mansarda Marcella also welcomes you with a private entrance and includes: a living room with a double sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a dishwasher; one bedroom with a private bathroom and bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment features air conditioning, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
