Rates explanation

Prices per apartment / night (excluding cleaning costs and tourist tax)

Stay of 2 to 6 nights: CHF 175.-

Stay from 7 to 29 nights: on request

Stay of 30 nights or more: on request

Weekly cleaning extra: CHF 70.-

Tourist tax: CHF 4.20/day, incl. free local public transport (bus and train) and free entry to all museums in the canton.

Payment

For all reservations, we require payment of an advance payment of 200.- CHF and a deposit of 400.- (refunded within 5 days) with the rental.

The balance can be paid in cash, by credit card, twin or in advance by bank transfer.

Duration of stay

We favour weekly stays. However, the minimum stay is possible from 2 nights.

Occupation

Accommodation is provided for 2 adults. On request, we can install an extra bed.

Pets are not allowed.

Terms of cancelation

The tenant can terminate the contract at any time subject to the following conditions:

Short stay:

  • Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in.

  • After that, cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night.

Stay of 28 nights and more:

  • Reservations are fully refundable for 48 hours after the booking is confirmed, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before check-in.

  • More than 48 hours after booking, guests can cancel before check-in and get a full refund, minus the first 30 days.

  • In case of premature handing back, the agreed amount is due, except specific agreement.
