- our Prices are calculated for a Minimum stay of 7 days per day with an occupancy of 2 persons.

Cancellation and withdrawal
A cancellation is unpleasant - for you and for us! There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer protection codex - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained and credited for your next stay (valid within one year from the booked date).
for cancellation between 29 and 14 days before the beginning of the holiday, 50% of the total cost of the booked apartment,
for cancellations 13 to 4 days before the start of the holiday 70 %,
in the event of cancellation from the 3rd day before the start of the holiday, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.
