To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: starting 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  Please inform us if you have different arrival or departure times.

1. Quiet hours

• We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

• Please keep noise, including music, to a minimum during this time.

1. Cleanliness & Tidiness

• Kindly handle all furniture and amenities in the building with care.
• Please leave all rooms in a clean and tidy condition.

• Please do not enter the apartments and fitness room with street shoes.

1. Waste separation guidelines

• Kindly separate your trash into residual waste, paper, plastic, and glass.
  The bins can be found in the utility room.

1. Rechargeable Batteries & Charging

• Rechargeable batteries for e-bikes and golf bags may only be charged in the designated storage room. For safety reasons, charging is not permitted inside the apartments.

1. Visitor policy

• Overnight stays are permitted for registered guests only.

• Please coordinate day visitors with us beforehand.

1. Security

• Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when exiting any room.

• Lost keys will incur a fee of €300 each.

1. Damage & Liability

• Please report any damages immediately.
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
  Compensation will be determined according to the actual expenses incurred for repair or replacement.

• Lorenzhaus GmbH accepts no liability for personal belongings.

1. Guest behavior guidelines

• Pets are allowed only if requested and authorized.

• Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the entire building.
  Please smoke only in outdoor areas.
