Villa la Torricella consists of a main building of 700 sqm surrounded by 5.000 sqm of fenced and illuminated garden with lawn and olive trees, a private swimming pool with sunbeds from where you can enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. The country road that runs alongside the Villa has very low traffic. 

The villa can accommodate up to 13 people + 1 single sofa bed and 1 cot with bars. 

The villa is spread over 3 floors (2 floors provided with a lift) and is distributed as follows:

Ground floor with lift:
Three elegant lounges in Tuscan style with fine antique furniture and with large windows overlooking the lovely garden; an elegant dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people but extendable up to 20 pax; a fully equipped kitchen and a service toilet.
The ground floor is connected to the first floor by a lift and a large stone staircase that leads to the sleeping area with elegantly furnished bedrooms in harmony with the tradition and taste of Tuscan houses.

A beautiful and bright study area where guests can choose to enjoy a reading, surrounded by the silence and peace of the countryside.
In the studio there is also a large single sofa bed that we set up only on request and extra price for the linen.
1 tiny lovely panoramic terrace with access from the studio.

Air conditioning system (cold/hot) included in all bedrooms.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Basement:
We offer our guests a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

At the back of the property there are other private housing units with independent access from the villa where also the owners live.
The park is at exclusive use of the guests of the villa and the big patio in front of the villa is equipped with a dining area with a big table for 14 people and a big sun umbrella, ideal for tasty outdoor meals.

Shaded places with tables and chairs for lunches/dinners/aperitivo can be found by the swimming pool area together with sunbeds, one big sun umbrella, chairs and sofa with small table, external shower and toilets. Enchanting view of the surrounding hills and amazing sunset  during summertime. 

There is also a barbecue area next to the pool with a barbecue at guest's disposal. 

The main entrance of the Villa is equipped with an automatic gate and a private video intercom, to guarantee guests maximum security and privacy.

Outdoor private parking space.

SWIMMING POOL: 

- usually the swimming pool is closed from the beginning of October to the beginning of April. 

I cannot see this note anywhere and I don't want clients to expect to have the swimming pool open during the winter. 

FACILITIES: 

- There is also a Drier in the basement where the washing machine is. 

- There is a barbecue that guests can use in the barbecue space in front of the swimming pool area. 

- we have 1 baby cot with bars and 1 highchairs for kids

- there are 2 fireplaces on the ground floor

- there is a lift
