Description
The apartment has 3 big open space areas with seafront veiws. Consists of living room with elevated bedroom lying on the natural rock and elevated wardrobe room; kitchen and dining room with elevated bedroom and workplace with bedroom and elevated bathroom with hot tub. There is also a separate elevated bathroom with shower. All elevated areas are reachable with 2-3 interior steps. Big terrace and decking with launge furniture to enjoy the seaviews with a cocktail.
The entrance to the property is shared with the neghbour terrace and is via outside stairs. Elevated areas and stairs both inside and outside the property. Not accessible for wheelchairs. Free parking on the street.
Positioning and the access to the apartment on the rock is with stairs, so not suitable for disabled persons and very young kids. The famous Jesus statue and the El Faro cafeteria are 100 m away.
