Excellent place to rest and enjoy in a calm, peaceful small village in the center of Portugal. House fully equipped to spend a few days with family and / or friends. Private pool, large grass field, work desks, outdoor lunch structure, are some of the conditions you can enjoy. Two floors, two rooms, a large kitchen, a terrace overlooking the pool and a panoramic balcony. The house is equipped with cooking stove, iron, fryer, freezer and microwaves allowing you to make the meals you want.

On the first floor you will find a panoramic balcony and two sofas outside, perfect for a late afternoon drink, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the landscape. The outside has large green areas where you can play or just lay down in the grass. Close to forrest you will have the nature right at your backyard. The pool with surronding lawn and high shrubs will give you complete privacy and tranquility. There is the possibility of closing the pool area, blocking access to children when necessary. Private parking has capacity for several cars (maximum 5).

Guests receive a location guide and a house manual by e-mail after making their reservation. The house is private and has ample reserved parking. In terms of accessibility, it has a ground floor with access to the pool and a bedroom, balcony, bathroom and living room on the second floor.

The maximum number of people allowed to stay in the house will be the one made in the reservation. Additional occupancy will not be permitted unless notified to the owner.

Getting around

Located at 1h 50m from Lisbon airport (190km) and 1h 26m from Porto airport (150 Km) (Francisco Sá Carneiro) you will need a car to get here.
In either situation, you should exit the A1
(Condeixa a Nova-exit) and then follow the A13 (Miranda do Corvo). Get off at the exit that says Vila Seca and after 8 minutes on a country road covered with vineyards, you will arrive at the place. Any question the host will help you with the directions
