• Two bedrooms are each equipped with a 180x200 cm double bed.
• Two further bedrooms each have a 90x200 cm single bed.

The living room is equipped with a cozy dining area and impresses with a high roof gable, which creates a bright and open atmosphere.

The bathroom is functional and modern and includes two shower cubicles and a toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.

A balcony with a wonderful mountain view invites you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The apartment also offers a storage room that provides additional storage space, as well as a private parking space.

Ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and scenic views.

Your apartment in Hohenems is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Hohenems.

From here, it's a 10-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the market square. Shops, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. 

We look forward to welcoming our guests and are happy to be there for them. We are usually easy to reach, as we also live in the house (ground floor).

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed! Access via the main entrance.
