Description
The romantic property, located in the southern foothills of the Cevennes, is not far from the town of Alès between the villages of Servas and Salindres, far away from traffic and stress. The Languedoc-Roussillon region is particularly well known for its historic coastal area and is one of the most important wine-growing regions in France. There are plenty of opportunities to discover and to experience culinary, art and culture. The aqueduct Pont du Gard as well as the cities of Uzès, Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, all with a Roman past, are located in the surrounding area and easily accessible.
Our manor includes different appartments, ideal for 2 or 4 persons, fully equipped with kitchen, living room, bed and bath rooms and terrace or garden sitting space. A swimming pool in the garden completes the vacation feeling.

Rates explanation
The full amount of the booking (7 nights are minimum!) has to be paid when booking. In case of cancellation 30% of the fees is retained in any case. The rest is paid back when the cancellation is made at least 30 days before arriving. when the appartment cannot be rented again because of the cancellation we reserve the right to hold in up to 80% of the fee.
The cleaning fee (which includes the towels for bed and bath) of 150€ is to be paid locally when leaving together with all other special fees (wine, oil and the like).
