Description
Staying in a guest house with privacy but cozy and familiar, close to the exhibition center and at the same time in the countryside: this is what the Guesthouse "Haus Apportin" offers you.
The guest rooms are quiet and almost all are facing the garden. We have single and twin rooms, partly. equipped with kitchen.
Whether you as an exhibitor or fair visitors need a comfortable place to stay, when cyclists, concert goers or commuters looking for a hotel or B&B, as a fitter or for training to find a cheap room - with us you are well accommodated. Sit in our garden after work. Enjoy in the morning our rich breakfast in the cozy breakfast room of the house.
t’s a 15 minutes’ walk (1,2 km.) from the south or west entrance of the fairground to your accommodation. From “Expo-Plaza” to our B&B it will take you approximately 20 min. by foot. You could go faster and without a traffic jam with one of the hire bikes we have to let. For example, take the bicycle to reach the Agritechnica, the CeBIT, Hanover Fair or ride relaxed to one of the concerts at the TUI Arena and come back to our guesthouse breathing fresh air.
The Leine-Masch and the Leine-Radweg are only a few meters away from us as a bicycle board. The Klinikum Agnes Karll (belongs to the KRH) is only 150 meters away and the swimming pool with large sauna area "AquaLaatzium" is also only 200 meters away from our guest house.
Our rooms
The rooms are quiet and almost all directed to the garden. We have single and twin rooms, z.T. equipped with kitchen. The decor is different, sometimes individually familiar, sometimes classic as a guest room. In all rooms you will find shower / WC, TV, fridge, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are of course included.

Our breakfast
We offer a rich and varied breakfast. In the breakfast room you will find our own apple juice and in the right season also tomatoes, apples and walnuts from our own garden. You always get Fairtrade coffee and of course organic eggs for breakfast. Breakfast times: from 7:00 to 9:00 am.
If possible, we try to help uncomplicatedly or to fulfill a guest request at breakfast.

Automobile
From the south or north via the A7 or from the east or west via the A2, drive in the direction of "Hannover / Messe". From Messeschnellweg B6 take the exit "Laatzen Messe-Süd" (IKEA) and turn left onto the "Straße der Nationen" and again (from Hannover directly) turn left onto "Kronsbergstraße". After about 1 km turn left again onto Hildesheimer Str. Then keep right (stay on Hildesheimer Str, past the aquaLaatzium you will find our house about 200m further on the right hand side .If you turn up the hospital on your right hand side you are driving too far. From the center of Hannover you can also come directly to us via the Hildesheimer Str. (From the Aegidientorplatz "Aegi") The road goes through and it is about 10 km to us.
Attention: Please enter in your navigation system as a city Laatzen! Not Hanover.
Public transportation
Tram:
- From us you can take the line 2 "Alte Heide" in 20-25 minutes directly to Hannover main station.
- From Hannover take the tram / metro line 2 direction "Rethen". After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop: Laatzen aquaLaatzium again, our house is about 200m further in the direction of travel right. You can also get off at the next stop, Laatzen Hospital, and walk back a bit.
Train:
- The trade fair station "Hannover Messe Laatzen (Expo station)" is about 1 km away and also offers a connection to Hanover. From Hanover main station (about 10 km away) you have various travel options.
Plane :
- The airport Hannover Langenhagen is about 22 km away (through the city center). Otherwise about 30 km over the highway. On average you need 40-45 minutes to the airport.

The prices vary depending on the booking period and length of stay.

Prices are per room, per night.
For just one night:

Breakfast is available from 10,00 Euro / person / day Children up to 12 years have breakfast free.
During the trade fairs as well as before and after, the prices may vary considerably.
Payment: Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or on the spot in cash or by card (no American Express).

Excursion possibilities are plentiful and also the way to the fair or the training center is jam-free and in the fresh air more pleasant.
Cancellation policy
If the rooms can be rented after a cancellation otherwise, we do not charge any cancellation fees or charge the revenue. If this is not possible, the following fees apply:
- For cancellations up to 10 days before the planned arrival, there are no costs.
- For cancellations up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% of the room rate will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 1 day before the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% of the room rate will apply.
During the trade fair periods different cancellation conditions apply
