Wenner House 1

Casa Wenner 1 is a large panoramic studio on the Gulf of Naples. As soon as renovated and tastefully furnished, it is located in the prestigious building in the centuries-old park of Villa Wenner, one of the most beautiful palaces of Naples, in a unique situation in his gender. 

The complex is located in the Chiaia district, the true center of the city, in the best possible location to visit and experience Naples. Everything is easy accessible on foot or by public transport.

The accommodation

A few meters from Piazza del Plebiscito and the elevator of Chiaia, in a perfect position to visit Naples and the surrounding area it will be possible to reach in a few minutes on foot port, to visit the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, Metro 1 to reach the Station and from here Pompeii, Ercolano, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Metro 2 to reach Pozzuoli and the Phlegraean Fields.

With the Central Funicular in 10 minutes you will be in the hilltop area of ??Vomero,

with the urban bus 140 to Mergellina and Posillipo, to enjoy the wonderful views of Naples.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the wonderful Old Town and the Museum National Archaeological. For your shopping, the house is at the crossroads of the main ones Neapolitan shopping streets, via Toledo, via Chiaia, via dei Mille, and the beautiful piazza dei Martiri, the living room of the city.

In a few minutes you can reach the Royal Palace, the Teatro San Carlo, the Galleria Umberto, the promenade with its bars and restaurants and the famous Castel dell'Ovo.

The building is reached by crossing the large private park that surrounds the building.
