- An €60 refundable breakage deposit will be added to all bookings. Refunded after inspection.
Terms of Payment
Payment of a 50% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking with the balance due 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable if timous notice is given and the apartment is re-let for the same period.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival from 14h00 and Departure by 09h00
(Please note that the Aston Bay complex is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly - there are stairs up to the unit).
- Bookings by unsupervised students and/or groups of young people are not accepted.
- We allow a maximum of 6 occupants in our apartment (including children).
Please note: No smoking and no pets allowed.
