The Resort: The Tuscany Resort Occhini is a beautiful Leopoldina villa near Arezzo surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The villa dates back to the early eighteenth century and has been beautifully restored keeping the original features such as terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams.
With its rooftop terrace, it is surrounded by beautiful gardens and swimming pool ,solarium areas and a convenient private parking. For this it is also perfect for ceremonies or events. There are also specific areas for smokers.
The Apartments: The villa has been divided into 8 beautiful apartments with panoramic views and all modern appliancecs to make you spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
Each holiday apartment is tastefully decorated in traditional Tuscan style and equipped with LCD TV, central floor heating, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and oven.
Some apartments are ideal for people with disabilities and older people with walking difficulties. The hotel can also accommodate small pets on request.

In summer you can dine outdoors in the lovely porch adjacent to the restaurant hall. The restaurant staff can arrange an unforgettable evening of fun and good food.
