The rural guest house Ses Cases Noves in Sant Llorenç d'es Cardassar, is a family-run agricultural property that since 2004 has welcomed guests of many nationalities to stay at its 9 apartments. Set in uniquely peaceful, tranquil surroundings the 80.000 m2 that comprise the estate are a reflection of the authentic Majorcan country spirit. We are proud to be able to offer our guests healthy, natural produce with around 80% of our produce coming from our own farm and organic crops: meat, spices, vegetables, etc. ...

Always true to our roots, at the Ses Cases Noves Apartments we wished to preserve the Majorcan look and spirit to ensure your stay with us is as authentic as possible and to share the beautiful place where several generations of our family were born and raised. 

Ses Cases Noves is ideal for every kind of guest, someone like you or I who is simply searching for tranquillity and harmony, whether alone or with friends, with a partner or as a family with the children. 

If you are looking to keep the children happy, no problem! Ses Cases Noves has a children's area available for them, and of course there is the farm with lots of animals providing many opportunities to create special memories in the countryside. The farm has guinea pigs, ponies, rabbits, sheeps, goats, donkeys, chickens.... fun and entertainment are guaranteed. 

The rural guest house Ses Cases Noves provides a lovely outdoor pool measuring 14 x 7 metres with plenty of sun loungers available. Each apartment has a private terrace and all cleaning and maintenance services are included together with all the facilities and equipment necessary for you to enjoy your stay with complete independence and privacy.
