Apartments Finca S'Arbocar
Description
A combination of modern comfort and child-friendliness: Noble upholstered poufries, as one only finds them in luxurious finca hotels, next to the children's pool and the chillout set next to the children's playground. While the parents are still sitting at the candle-light dinner, the little ones sleep in their own beds and the larger children feed the sheep.
The finca offers 10 family-friendly apartments. 6 are on the upper floor and 4 are on the ground floor, all with private terrace. The 5 larger apartments have a parents' and children's bedroom, a small kitchenette with dining area and a large bathroom. The 5 smaller ones have a bedroom and also kitchenette, dining area, bathroom. In 4 of the smaller apartments one or even 2 children can be accommodated with, there are sleeping couches available. One is wheelchair accessible.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning hot-cold and safe. Each bedroom has satellite TV. The Internet (WLAN) works in every apartment and the outside, from the parking lot to the pool.
Breakfast is served each and once a week invite the landlord to take a dinner. On two further evenings per week is offered at the finca dinner, optional and against calculation.
For children there is a playground, the pool has a shallow area for children and following animals live on the farm: sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl (the target, a bit off), ponies, rabbits. In addition, excursions to the house are offered, on foot or by tractor.
The left part of the house was a farm. It was fundamentally modified and expanded, it was cultivated. What impressed the team after Majorca team: Here was built in a perfect way typical mallorquin, at the same time absolutely high-quality and modern.

Address:: cami de s'arboçar s/n, 07530 Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Balearic Islands, Spain. Location of the finca: S'Arbocar located in the northeast of Mallorca between Sant Llorenc and Artá. The location is absolutely quiet. A one-lane asphalted road leads to the finca. To the nearest places is about 10 minutes, the sea about 20 minutes.
